Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 September 2026

This policy explains how Salus ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit this website or get in touch with us. We are the data controller for the information described here, and we handle it in line with UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

Who we are

Salus is a growth partner for private weight-management clinics. You can contact us about this policy or your data at jason@trysalus.co.uk.

What we collect

How we use it

We do not collect or process clinical or patient health data through this website. We never sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

We use trusted third-party services to run our business — including Calendly (scheduling), our email provider, and website hosting (Netlify). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep the minimum needed to honour that request.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, contact us at the email above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website uses only essential cookies needed for it to function, plus any set by embedded tools such as Calendly. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies. If this changes in future, we will update this policy and add a cookie notice.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always appear on this page with the date it was last updated.
